Not sure but you can probably contact the customer service number of your provider and ask for therapist in network. might be the safest and economical option.

You need to read psychology today’s website, the Washingtonian, yelp, and aetna’s site to find the best. I promise you, good ones don’t take insurance. There are a lot of troubled people here.

Ya the good ones won’t take insurance, I go to DC therapy group and they submit to Aetna for me, granted I have the expensive plan but think after my first visit covered the deductible I get 60-80% back?

Have an offer on the table at a startup that’s $35K more than current big 4 salary for a Senior Manager role. Benefits package is very comparable (401k match, healthcare costs, fringe stipends for WFH). Startup has been around for 5+ years and has secured a solid, 9 figures of investor dollars. Is it worth the move and having to leave my extremely secure “network” and role at a Big 4?

I have a diagnosed mental health condition that I’m very hesitant about disclosing because I’m concerned about blow back. It means that there are days when I struggle to get out of bed (I still manage somehow). Office socials are a nightmare that trigger PTSD, hence I make some excuse and avoid. Today someone senior in the firm made a comment which made it obvious that none of this is going unnoticed. I feel really low and don’t know what’s the best way forward. Help!

Found out my sperm morphology is at 0% (high count, good motility though) and RE recommends we do IVF. Aetna will cover 80% after a $5k deductible. Waiting to hear costs from our RE. Any estimates for what we’ll be looking at after insurance?

EY High Deductible Health Plan vs Open Access Select (don’t have EY bowl access yet) I just started at the firm and am trying to pick my healthcare. I don’t really ever go to the Dr so I’m thinking of getting the High Deductible plan. My question is, what does it mean that it’s not a “national network (Is this a national network?: No)” but it’s “network coverage: see any licensed doctor”? Those seem to contradict. Also HSA vs FSA, as a healthy 26yo, which is right for me (High D only has HSA)

Work and life are both so stressful at the moment and I’m starting to have symptoms manifest physically in my skin, hair etc. I can’t change the current work or life stressors but looking for any tips on things I can do to help feel less anxious and overwhelmed. Also trying to get pregnant soon and v worried about the impact stress will have on that process.
