What should I expect in terms of compensation for an Associate/Senior Associate position in Corporate Strategy at Dell?

My supervisor and project leadership are opening a job requisition with my recommendations for a tech-focused position to support the teams I am on. Salary included. It's going to be called a Senior Digital Strategies Specialist. The gist of the position would strategize with leadership, manage IT projects, be a product owner for tech, and manage cross-functional teams. My range of expectation is 95k to 100k for this, I think they expect around 80k. Thoughts?

I wanted to gauge what is a general salary that ones been offered on this team. I felt lowballed at $79k/annual, initially offered 74k. I am currently working as Audit senior assistant at deloitte USI and my promotion is due in upcoming June month in deloitte. I Got an offer from KGS australian region as senior 2 position and hike is 25% from current package. I heard that worklife balance is good at KGS normally it is 8-9 hrs max job in a regular day but quality of work is not at par with deloitte USI really confused about whether should i make a switch or stay back in deloitte and wait for promotion?

I’m an attorney and I’ve been dealing with a diagnosed anxiety disorder and ADD for as long as I can remember. So far I have resisted getting on anxiety meds but lately (especially since the start of the pandemic) it has been getting unbearable. The thing is, when I’m able to focus I create work product that gets regularly praised. But other times I just can’t complete a task, often due to overwhelming anxious thinking. I’m worried that anxiety meds will dull my “sharp” moments. Any thoughts??

Hi after some advice. I'm a copier tech in Sydney. I apparently get paid more than industry standard. I'm also the only manufacturer trained tech in the company. A trainee let slip the offered him 9k more than me and I've just been told I can no longer do over time. Do I stay and fight or do just move on.

I work for a highly technical, small, precision measuring instruments manufacturing company (25 employees -10M revenue). I manage 8 distributors globally and handle all inbound inquiries/leads outside of Europe and Asia and do all of the engineer qual.

I’ve always been interested in working at a startup, but don’t think it would be a good idea to move jobs within a year.
