I recently joined Accenture and manager has hard locked me for one of the project who is using old technology, although he told me abt the same on-call few days ago but since there was no confirmation frm him so I thought that is gone now but today I came to know they have hard locked me and now they can't backout . I dnt want to work on that and he is saying if i backout it will impact it performance. Pls helpAccenture

Filipino Arroz Caldo (Chicken Rice Porridge)
Each Asian country has their own version of a savory rice porridge otherwise known as congee. I may be biased but the Filipino version is the best (especially my mom’s recipe).
Arroz caldo translates to hot rice in Spanish and Tagalog. The Filipino version is made with Jasmine and glutinous rice that gives this porridge a creamy texture. The creamy rice is seasoned with patis (a salty umami flavor bomb), a pinch of saffron and infused with aromatics of onions, loads of garlic, ginger, and in my version lemongrass. It also has tons of meaty chicken.
Traditionally, it is garnished with crispy fried shallots, a hard boiled egg, scallions, and kalamansi, a citrus fruit that is a cross between a lime and an orange.
