Ok, I had the similar discussion with VP, just show you are very excited to be joining Salesforce, at a high level tell them what kind of projects you have done, what certs you have, what certs you plan to have in next 6 months, show genuine respect towards Salesforce Ohana. It’s more of a cultural fit kind of analysis. All the best

Good luck I have a final round tomorrow (different firm) Keep it casual don’t stress. I wrote down some questions that doesn’t matter which way they answer I can relate it to points I wanted to get across and it makes it more engaging than the typical culture, typical day etc questions

What kind of interview? I went through the final panel interview last week where I had to do a presentation.

@SM 2 it's an interview with the senior director of demo engineering. I already did the panel last week

@SM2 how long did it take for them to circle back with their decision?

I got response for every interview within 3-4 hours. Got verbal offer the same day after final interview. Never expected such a breeze experience.

Do you mean they followed up with next steps 3-4 hours after each interview? Wow that's impressive. Did you have to submit referrals? They told me their last step to check my referrals and then they'd circle back. Also, what position did you interview for?

I went through employee referral so they did not for any additional referrals. I was interviewed for their Program Architect group

Hi, so I’ve been working as a (TCP temporary creative professional) while one of the agency’s employees was on leave. I understood it to be a FT position, clocking in, etc but last week a bunch of employees were on vacation and I didn’t get projects. My work from the week before was all approved, so I had no edits. I asked for work, reached out, etc but ended up with very few billable hours, which annoyed the bosses. Now I’m not sure how to proceed. Do I NGAF, clock in? Or wait for work?

What do you all do to make non-professional / personal connections? Particularly with the Coronavirus, and being in domestic relations, I wake up, go to work, work out, go home. So outside of law, my interactions with people are only at the gym given that my area is draining— particularly at the moment. Probably a good thing for now; but if we take coronavirus out of the equation, I’m interested what others in the community do to develop personal connections.
