Any desis (ABDs, first gen, etc.) who live in western countries feel mentally exhausted trying to balance multiple cultures?

Body moisturizer/lotion recommendations? I want to move on from Bath and body because they are toxic and Bum Bum cream is too expensive. Want something for daily use that smells great all day and reasonably priced.

What do your agencies offer to support mental health?

It’s been 5 weeks and I haven’t gone a day or night without crying and feeling haunted by them. I can’t eat, can’t sleep, can’t produce quality work, can’t find joy in anything I previously loved. This is the worst physical and psychological pain I’ve ever experienced.

Does anyone else have little pulses in their belly? I’m 23w, my provider said it’s just the additional blood flow but it’s just a weird feeling.

Anyone experience exhaustion setting in at the end of second trimester? First trimester came with exhaustion like I have never experienced before and then most of second trimester has been more or less back to normal energy levels. Currently at 26 weeks and have been totally dragging for the past week or more. Does anyone have tips for getting through this?

Does anyone have advice for getting my dog anxiety medicine? We have tried lots of OTC stuff and many professional trainers and they all mention that we need to talk to our vet about anxiety medicine. however, our vet refuses to prescribe it without us going through a behaviorist. The problem is the only behaviorist in our area is $700/session (minimum 2 sessions) and the wait is 5 months. Should I try a new vet or has anyone had luck with a virtual diagnosis?

Now HR said that offer is due anytime once approval is provided. Still I'm waiting for approval.

Hr also said, there will be bgv once I get the offer and it takes 3 weeks..
