I wear it pretty much all the time. Welcome to the dark side
I work out and wear a Fitbit as my daily driver (prefer the look of the Apple but prefer the Fitbit app). I hate that I barely wear my watches anymore but noticed a trend where I’d gain weight / lose muscle mass without tracking properly :(
I was in your shoes, so I decided to use my Apple Watch only when I work out. Wearing my other watches makes me happy and I also enjoy not getting notified of every single thing.
Call me uncultured, I double watch. Time piece on left hand, Apple Watch on the right.

I do as well, or alternate with a whoop - who cares
Like other posts above, I wear it only to work out and sleep. Alarm function where it taps your wrist to wake up is better than any other alarm.

Give it a month.
I bought the Hermes model thinking I’d want to wear it more often, but I still seem to only wear it to golf and sleep.
I wear mine around the house, too sleep, gym, and if I’m playing with the kids at the park or something. If I change you go out aka not basketball shorts, then I’ll put my nicer watches on. I love my Apple Watch, but it’s also made me love my other watches more because now I thoughtfully choose which one I’m going to wear

I did the Apple Watch thing for 3 months or so and got fed up with the notifications and distractions
Agree with SC1 - I did the same and it became a much better experience
Whoop on the right hand, watch on the left hand!
