Finally got my green card approved and it’s on the way in the mail!

I’ve been on an H1B for many years with an approved I-140. Can I work outside of the US for 1 year (in Canada where I am a permanent resident) and come back on an L1? I understand the green card processing time on L1 is significantly faster.

Interviewing fo FB for their content designer role! Got a couple questions:
1. Does FB sponsor visas? i'm on the E3, which is much easier to get than the H1B. No lottery involved.
2. What is the salary for a content designers with 4 years of experience? Glassdoor is saying ~135K. Is that right?

Hello, currently I am on notice period, last month I have worked on saturday and applied for compensatory off in BMS tool, and in workday I had applied as Casual time off as my manager told m to do so. now I am getting leave type mismatch email , and manager is saying you can ignore that email. Wife’s L2 EAD finally changed status to “New Card Being Produced”. Took 12 months including RFE, feels good to know her “american dream” is about to start. Today is a damn good day.

Is there any risk if I get a third party consulting to initiate my Perm process in parallel while am still employed with Deloitte? Have 19 months to max out, Deloitte says they have removed pause but has not opened up enrollment yet? Will RFE etc from one company affect the petition from another?

H1-B transfer question

I recently accepted an offer to join a company (A) . They started my H1-B transfer and I received today the approval notice for the transfer.

However, I accepted last week a (better) offer at another company (B) and they will start soon my H1-B transfer.

I attend to tell company (A) on Monday that I will not be joining them. Will there be any issue with company B filing for a H1-B transfer soon?

When transferring H-1B, how do we know the case number besides receiving the physical copy of receipt notice from USCIS, which might be 2 weeks + since filing petition?

Do the RFEs to a premium H-1B extension filing get treated as premium as well and resolved faster or do they take the usual time once RFE comes in?

Has anyone filed i-140 and i-485 concurrently? Does the biometric happen after its approved or once the application is filed? Has anyone had good experiences in terms of it saving time? Will my wife who is on H4 visa be able to get an EAD to work as well?

When I receive an RFE while waiting for approval for i140, can I use that as an opportunity to submit additional evidence? Apart from what was specifically asked in the RFE?

1-140 premium processing, it took 2 business days to approve.

Am i right in understanding that you can't do Dropbox processing from Inside the US? You have to be in the country that you got your last visa from?
