I am representing a client that has two lease dispute involving separate properties. The first lease was entered into with an individual in his individual capacity. The second lease was entered into with the same individual but in his capacity as a trustee. I am wondering if I can file one lawsuit against this individual even though he entered the first lease in his individual capacity and the second lease in a representative capacity.
