Hi Fishes, Disappointed that nobody turned up to help with my earlier question. I received 28 Lakhs (excluding 3.5 lakhs incentives/bonus) offer from Novartis for Sr Project Manager role. When I compare offered salary with my current earnings, it is just 13.6% higher. If anybody could help me with salary band of Sr Proj Manager role would help me to cut a better deal with HR.
