Why am I creating PMOs deliverables such as the project plan as the engagement mgr/functional lead of two workstreams. Pms argument is that they don’t know the content well enough to craft a substantive enough project plan.  Told him he should at least know enough or he’s prob not the right person for the job. I have recently resigned from TCS and having an in-hand offer letter with more than 100% hike. As my team is currently facing lot of attrition and I have a good dependency in my project and probably now I'm only person having end to end technical details of project.
My manager trying to retain me and offering long term visa for onsite. As of now she has not provided it in written and she is saying they will start my visa process if I agree on this offer.

Received a Point72 Academy case study and I don’t really see the point in even following through with it. Probably 500 applicants, 250 case studies went out 100 onsite interviews, 50 super days, 25 data manipulation, 10 spots.
