Hi Folks, after selecting in LTI, how many days it takes to send you the offer letter ? Because HR told me I will receive it by 2 days but 1 weeks gone but still not get. When I ask HR, she tells me like “I am waiting for the management approval, try to send it by tonight”. Any help any idea ?

If you don't need the money, do you leave the equity you've gained in your home? Or still try to take it out and invest elsewhere?

I am a 2022 graduate, I was going to join ThoughtWorks as an FTE in November after 3 months of internship. But 2 days before joining as an Intern they informed us that they would extend the internship period.

US immigration related question: My wife’s prior employer filed in EB2 and she got a i140, but later the employer revoked it after she moved to a new company. The new company started the process all over again and she got her i140 approved, but we realized they filed it in EB3!! Her priority date is current in EB2. Has anyone been in this situation? She was really hoping to file for i485. Is there anyway this can be remediated?

During the difficult time, be mindful while going out for protest. Being an immigrant, it’s a high risk for your visa renewal. There is ongoing police activity and probability of getting your name in police record, which will impact your visa renewal. Be careful and stay safe and don’t do anything which is unlawful in a foreign country (not that you do unlawful in your home country).

I was in job search so been attending interviews. 3 weeks ago, I got offer from insurance company, so o accepted offer did shared all my docs for H1 transfer(still in progress with USCIS) start date 05/16. And 2 days ago I got another offer from banking client with almost 25k difference of base pay of first client. And benefits from banking client is much better. And they gave start date at 06/27. How do I say this to my first offer?

Pwc GC policy question- I am an SA but my I140 was filed for Manager title. Now if I leave after 6months of I140 approval but am still SA is the I140 valid so I can jump to another company, or is it nullified or something as I don’t have Manager title now. will the new company be able to leverage the priority date? Only 2 yr left on out of 6yrs of H1B.

Hello - I got approved for an H1B visa last June 2021 from an L1B visa. Does the my previous (2) years in L1B count towards my H1B? I got confused since my I-797A says it is valid from 10/2021 - 09/2024. Thanks!
