Finally turned in my toxic manager to HR for her bulling ways, lots of documentation and everyone was scared to do it. Well someone has to step up and put a stop to it

I once worked for a small firm and brought in home roasted coffee I made with imported raw beans for the entire office to try. I made a large enough French press and let everyone know there was just enough for everyone to have a cup. The big boss empties the entire French press into his large mug, chugs it and then compliments me on the flavor before walking away leaving everyone else without any.

Is it rude to tell someone with a higher title (seeking legal advice) to schedule a call if they want to discuss? I ain’t got time for that. Only 1 “higher” in rank (eg equivalent of an associate telling a senior associate; a senior associate telling a VP, VP telling a director, etc).

Anyone else get frustrated when the partner brags about their billable hour amount for the month? Like congrats, you get to bill .2 for each piece of mail. You also get .2 for every letter your secretary types up as a "form letter" you never even look at. As an Associate, I don't get those easy/automatic hours.

I'm a new joinee in MSFT.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)
