I am going to join Legato on 19th sept in blockchain unit as solutions architect. Can anyone give me insights about work life balance and job security in legato. I see a mixed set of reviews here. Would like to learn more

Please help choosing the right choice received multiple offers, LWD is 17th June. Mastercard-12LPA, globant 14LPA and Altimetrik 16LPA + upto 1LPA Joining bonus(can offer mastercard client). Which company is best for wlb , job security. I am not aware of Altimetrik need help. Also can mastercard match/revise the offer letter with maximum LPA?

Currently at a big agency that promised a healthy work-life balance, and I’m absolutely drowning in work. Are there any companies out there that actually DO have a great work-life balance?

I worked/billed a ton last week and Monday and Tuesday this week, and then today I didn’t have any meetings or anything and just hit a brick wall - I slept until 10am and just dealt with accumulating non-billable stuff for almost all of the day. Now I feel terrible about it. How do you keep going? I feel awful about today and have such dread about all that I have to do tomorrow 😭 I’m in a new practice area and am super grateful for the work, but the learning curve is hard and I’m struggling!

How is job security and work life balance at brillio?
Is anyone currently working at brillio looking for ur input on this.

Asian immigrant 46yo F, 2 kids and hubby(very good home runners but no relationship for years); no family or friends close by. I have very hectic work life but remote. Today as I sat on my couch packed with medication from surgical procedure, I am feeling lonely. Would love to make friends and be in a relationship; go out with them; drink, watch movies and have some fun. Once a month, if possible. I wish!!

Guys is dis a norm here to work for 12 - 13 hours on a daily basis - a really frustrated lateral 4 months old AC .
