Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. It’s going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks

I'm making 3k net as a consultant.
I'm putting 1.5k aside each month, that's 50%.
Rent is 750 in Bethnal Green.
I’ve 3 YOE and goal is to save 30% monthly. Most of my monthly income goes to rent obviously
I saved about 40%. But I'm not a big spender and can split rent with my partner so that makes it easier.
3 yoe
Max my pension (8%) then put 20% of my net pay into my ISA
I aim to save all of my bonuses then 15% per month as I have student loans
Q1 not if you didn't study in the UK
After pension contributions, I currently save/invest around 42% of my take-home income. I put some into my stock portfolio, some into extra mortgage payments lump sums, some into fixed interest accounts, etc. Once my partner moves in in Q2, I would expect that to probably increase.
