I would suggest doing a bit of research into the different philosophies of therapy, then looking for a therapist who fits that style (e.g CBT/talk therapy/gestalt/etc.). If you don’t know what kind of therapy most aligns with your needs then look for practices who accept your insurance and go for a trial session or two to get the flavor. Best of luck, mental health is so important!!

I tried betterhelp app last year for a bit and it helped. You can find promo codes online for a free trial I believe. Good for you for seeking help! Hang in there, MANY of us are in the same 🚣♀️, including me. This too shall pass.
My primary doctor was able to refer me to one. My naturopath also had recommendations!
Mine gave me some supplements to support mood and sleep, which have helped a ton. She also focuses on stress amongst professional women and has provided coping strategies. When it came to therapy, she had recommendations for local psychologists who provide counselling, as that’s outside her area (and I appreciate someone knowing what is/isn’t their focus).
Check out MyWellBeing.com! You can take a quiz to get matched with a therapist, depending on what you’re looking for.
