Have you done a background check on yourself? Why/what error or issue did you find?

Will be moving to the Bay area for a new job which pays a bit under 200k. I know SF is very expensive so just trying to gauge what would be a reasonable amount to spend on rent. I have no debt and decent savings. Bringing my car with me and will be commuting to Marin most days, but looking to live in SF. Otherwise tend to be fairly frugal and like to cook.

Any thoughts/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Anyone buy property in South/Central America ? Considering making an investment in a unit in Panama City, Panama. Friends and I visit here and there + AirBnb seems to work well there. We have a lawyer contact and have a friend that purchased down there, but they aren’t as concerned about short term rental cash flow.
