Do you think it’s indicative of anything cultural? I do have an interview next week so I’m def gonna ask about culture and retention.

After 10 interviews and a Lunch meeting with the CEO. I’ve been asked to answer and present a business case interview. I was given the interview schedule at the beginning of this process and never was this last item mentioned. Are they keeping me warm? Am I the backup plan? Are they looking for a perfect candidate?

10th NOV - Technical and PDM round (Wed)
12th NOV - Got call from HR and he mentioned I may selected.
14th NOV - Got call from HR and he sent some BGV forms.
15th NOV - Attended Cognitive Test
18th NOV - Got call from HR regarding Preferred Location and mentioned he started working on OL.
1st Dec - Got OL and also mailed them for extending my doj.

Tone-deaf Super flashy firm owner with a $250k car, luxury watches, etc., constantly jokes about how expensive stuff is. Associates here get nickel and dimed on salary (less than $100k), no cost of living increases, no wfh, no bonus, mediocre benefits, and ridiculous hours expectations despite “no billables”.
