Firm restrictions notwithstanding, what are some side hustles/additional sources of income one can generate while being on H1B or L1A?

What is the deal with Deloitte India employees getting H1B visas, coming to US for rotation, quitting DT, then taking a PwC job in CA immediately to "settle" in the US? Pwc's next Tampa back office???

Is it actually as hard as people say to transfer international? Currently at Deloitte US, want to move to London, Deloitte UK, even though I don't have a visa. Would Deloitte ever sponsor me?
