I’m tasked with running a closing call in the morning. Usually I release sig pages by email. What do you say on the closing call? Law firm A: confirm that all of the documents are final Company A: confirm you release signature pages. Law Firm B and Company B: same? I know some firms have a nice script but I’m too fried to recollect it.

Firm said I’m going on secondment in 3 weeks. Would you take vacation time during your last week at the firm (only 2 weeks notice)? I’ve only take a few days this year but don’t want to seem lazy / disruptive.
