In the L2, managerial round, is there any chances of getting rejected? There were only technical quest asked. I feel I could not clear it as HR gave m the feedback that interview said I am working on a support project in Infosys. There are other things as well in feedback but this was something strange.

Hi Team. I joined accenture on 1st July 22 at level 9( SAP). This is my first exp at a service base. Few Questions:
1. How much perc variable i can expect in Nov.I am charging since day 1. Was on bench for a week.

How do you assess your client time as billable or non-billable? We are currently reviewing our time card process and want to better establish groundwork for differentiating between the two. Further to that, do you have your time members log their time and categorize it as Billable/Non-Billable upon submission? or does the Account Manager review submitted time cards and assign each based on the work being logged?

I worked as a technical PM for a medium-sized adtech company in NYC in charge of 2 technical teams, and the business intelligence team.

On Thursday I was informed by the lead Product Owner and the head of HR that leadership had decided that the project management office was no longer necessary for the company and all three of us, the director and the two technical PMs, were being let go. None of us were given any notice.

i have selected with 7 lpa in cts im getting 4.5. im confused to switch company or not im pretty new to the project in cts and i need to know this vodaphone they are mentioning like its vios(vodafone intelligent solutions). im not sure weather this is mnc or not. how was the job security. is it worthy to switch job.
