I just had a doc appointment and as I was walking up, I noticed 4 staff members with their masks completely pulled down below their chins until they saw me approaching. 1st of all: I’m super inspired by this bowl. I’m now mid-30s and recently went 50+ days without drinking and felt good/productive. (Longest streak since before turning 21) But how do you stick with it? I’m conflicted bc I haven’t hit a “rock bottom” and part of me loves a glass of wine to unwind and mark the end of the workday, but I also have a hard time stopping once I start (no such thing as 1 glass). This time last year I knew I needed to stop drinking, but I couldn’t. This year, though, I’m putting my health first. Starting day 2 of sobriety and hope to keep it up. Thanks to this group for all the support and encouragement shown to those of us struggling with such powerful addictions.

My husband did his semen analysis last week and his morphology came out to be low i.e. 2 (normal range 2.5 to 4). He had done it couple of times few years ago and results were great. My doctor said I should check with fertility clinic for assessment. The appointments are not available immediately. Wanted to get guidance on these results. Anyone has been in a similar boat? Are these results really scary? His motility seems to be fine. Do these results fluctuate? Hope to hear back. Thank you!

I will say this I love working with the students . I love getting to know them . I smile to myself when I go to work . I still feel this way after last week being asked my three different people about doing something where I told them that I was not going to do. following day I was then ambushed by admin (where I have never felt more like nothing.
