My symptoms were perhaps confused with postbpatrum and nursing hormone symptoms but bow my hair is dry and frizzy yet somehow also oily and my skin lacks luster and I gain weight so easily. Urgent suggestion needed, I have resigned from org based on other MNC offers, but after that I came to know that I am expecting.
So when I join new org I can work for 4-5 months and then will go for maternity leave. Will new company allow(not create problems) to do so..??? probation is 6 months.
What should I do
1. Inform new hr before joining or right now
2. After joining should inform
3. Try to get retained in current org, not yet informed here as well.
