Congrats on going, OP. The first session they usually ask why you are there and what are you looking to get from the sessions. You can start saying what you just told us and go from there. I would recommend writing down what you want to say, from personal experience, because I’d been in situations where I feel like shit for the whole week (month, whatever) but the day of my therapy I feel AMAZING and I even start thinking, "why am I even going to this? I feel great!” But of course I know the reasons. I hope therapy helps you and provide you with what you need.

Till last July I was earning 12 LPA, now I switch to a product based with 30 LPA. Where 27 is the base. Monthly I pay 45k tax.
Things that i am doing already is LIC = 40 k , SSA= 50 k (for my kid) and tution fees = 25 K .So altogether withPF other superannuation fund I can show 1.5 Lakhs in 80 C.

Apart from this planning to buy flats or small villa in chennai. I can pay invest more as my most money goes as a saving or buy gold as risk free. Please advice wat else can i do? Kindly

Cat Friends, I am so sad. My 7 year old baby was diagnosed with arthritis in both albows today. He suddenly developed a bad limp. Yesterday he seemed to have weakness in his back legs and xray was done.
The radiologist determined that he has arthritis in both of his elbows (which was likely responsible for his initial forelimb lameness this past winter) and “sacralization” of his L7 vertebra (which is something he was born with and means that his L7 is essentially connected to his pelvis.

Thank you for starting this bowl! I just turned 50. I had my one and only child at 41 and went straight into menopause. My symptoms were perhaps confused with postbpatrum and nursing hormone symptoms but bow my hair is dry and frizzy yet somehow also oily and my skin lacks luster and I gain weight so easily. Working from home for eight months has definitely hanged my body shape and not for the better!

I asked this in another bowl but everyone recommended places outside the country. Looking for lowkey baby moon trip reccs. We’d be going early bc it’s the only time that works for us (20 wks). We live in DC & are thinking maybe FL? Ideally, someplace warm with beaches. Most people recc PR or other islands but with Zika I’m pretty nervous to do that. M30🐠 here in financial services who repeatedly receives comments about my baby face and looking like young / high schooler etc and can't grow facial hair. It's especially limiting given peers and juniors look 5-10 yrs older than me and clients think they are senior to me.

I think an online branding / stlylist consultant could help me look more mature. Eg what frame style / color glasses, hair style, clothing.

Urgent suggestion needed, I have resigned from org based on other MNC offers, but after that I came to know that I am expecting.
So when I join new org I can work for 4-5 months and then will go for maternity leave. Will new company allow(not create problems) to do so..??? probation is 6 months.
What should I do

2. After joining should inform

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?
