BIA Briefs: I’m an associate at an immigration law firm. I determined that immigration isn’t for me So I gave the managing partner my 2 weeks. He wants me to wrap up some BIA briefs before I leave however I’m reviewing the record for a lot these and I’m seeing that a lot of the arguments for Asylum, Withhold, and CAT are incomplete. I would be starting my EB1C GC process very soon and I would be eligible for PP since my PD is June 2021. So assuming everything goes fine, I will have my i140 in around 3 months considering my firm takes 1-1.5 months for documentation. I am not going for concurrent filing since my wife will come here after 4-5 months.
