What are the stipulations for O1 visa (sponsored by agent) for unemployment? Is it 60 days like a regular O1? Or do they have unlimited time to leave the US/change jobs as long as the visa is valid?

Got an offer from a T2 at 1 level before the Post-MBA level. Current firm offered to match base comp with guaranteed promo to Post-MBA level. Benefits of staying would be the established network and higher rank but T2 has higher comp progression. T2 post-MBA comp would be ~50% higher in 1.5 to 2 years. Should I take the promo or leave to chase the higher potential compensation? Intend to leave consulting in 3 years.

Career levels are BA > SBA > Assoc (post-MBA level) > Manager

Please advise - with approved I-140, you can extend H1B for 3 years even if priority date is current? I already have an approved Audit Manager PERM (May 2021) but was not promoted to Manager this year. Instead of filing I-140, my employer wanted to restart a Senior PERM. I would like to push back to let them know to just file I-140 for Audit Manager. But can you let me know if that will extend 3 years so that I still have time to make it to Manager. My PD is current, I am not Indian/Chinese.
