Looking for insight into interview questions for lead tech program manager (L4) at Disney Streaming. How technical will the questions be?
I’m convinced that the reason some of these firms are so prestigious is because they have intentionally exclusionary recruitment practices. I used to believe that you had to already be rich to get hired at MBB. Now being on the other side of the recruitment process , I really do feel that it rings true. I hate the way we evaluate candidates and decide on who is “high priority” during coffee chats.
Am working at a tech startup and looking to move to a larger tech company. Partly seeking better WLB, partly want to work somewhere with more resources so I can continue to grow. What’s a good way to frame this in interviews? Does it reflect poorly to say I want to work somewhere w more resources, like im not a self starter?
Does anyone have any insight on what is entailed during an “expertise chat” at McK in Healthcare Services & Technology? I spoke to a recruiter and made it through to the next step. The next step is the expertise chat before moving on to the official first round interview. Any insight appreciated.
How is it like working for Goldman Sachs? Currently interviewing with them for SR cybersecurity architect.

Hi everyone, does anyone know what to expect from KPMG Advisory Intern, Lighthouse - Data, Analytics & AI - Data Scientist and Modeler first round interview?
Is it normal for a big4 to take over two months in the interview process? Since end of January I've had five interviews w team members, including with the partner who leads the practice I'd be joining. Still no word. I've gotten nothing but positive feedback with the in-house recruiter I'm working with. Is this normal? I'd love to work for this firm and don't want to be annoying :)
Hope everyone’s doing super well!
I have an upcoming interview with Mckinsey for Solution Delivery Analyst SHaPE
Can anyone please help me?

Lately, a lot of recruiters have been reaching out. I'm mostly happy in my role and w/my company (no longer w/Edelman), but one job caught my eye with a huge salary and title bump at a comparable company, culture and work wise. Interviews are going well - I'm torn about leaving - things are good now but some extra $$ for what seems like a similar experience seems like a no-brainer. Yet, I feel sad about potentially leaving my current company. Anyone have a similar experience? What happened?
Senior AE here with just under 5 years in the industry. I’m looking to move out of selling and into a sales engineer role. My current OTE is 205k, 115k Base with 90k variable. I understand that I’ll be taking a bit of a pay cut moving into a sales engineer role. I just interviewed for a Senior Sales Engineer role and their offer is 140k base + 20% bonus ($28k) + some amount of company stock (company is pre-IPO). Does this sound in line with other companies?
I am going through 4 interviews so far for a job. There will be more because I haven’t had one with a CD/ECD yet. I have been sending thank you note to interviewer as well as recruiter for ...
I had a zoom interview with three partners last Thursday. I thought it went super well, but haven't heard anything yet. Should I follow up with the in-firm recruiter, if so, when? This is for a position in a highly ranked but regional (mountain state) firm. Thanks!
I was contacted by a recruiter just before I went on maternity leave. We stayed in touch and now, a month into my leave, I am preparing for a first interview at Google for an interaction designer role. First, any tips on how to prepare for this interview? Second, I feel like if I’m doing all this interview/material prep, I should go all in, apply at other big companies and try for multiple offers. Would I be wasting time since I don’t want to cut my leave (goes to July) short?

Looking to break into sales with a good company. Been hard to transition into the sales field from athletics. Would love to have a referral if possible for a BDR or SDR position. Remote would be great, or on-site Charlotte, NC. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! I have a B.S. in exercise science and M.S. in Athletic Administration.
I have a question for the sales managers out there.
What motivated you to pursue a career change from front line sales to managing a team of sales professionals?
I ask, because as I look to the future I am wondering if just staying on the front lines will be more lucrative then entering management.
Anyone know of any Sales companies (preferably medical) that are not mandating the COVID shots or willing to look at/accept exemptions? As much as I love being in the medical field, I’m willing to branch out into other Sales fields.
Anyone here a member of Revenue Collective? Is it worth it? What kind of value have you gotten out of it if so? Thanks!
Just got a verbal from Oracle for a manager position and should be getting the official offer by EOW. When I got the verbal today she said “I don’t know if we’ll be able to get there but we may be able to get you 100K base”.. I’m seeing on Glassdoor and Comparably that the base is at 110 - 125… how should I bring this up or push for a higher base if it’s “the closest they can get? Just trying to prepare ahead of time so I know how to respond, I’m new to negotiating! Any help would be amazing!

Starting to get feelers out for Account Management roles (fully remote or hybrid Seattle based). My experience is working with e-commerce businesses and i would like to build on that. So far I am lined up to speak with Shopify, Twilio, Attentive. Anyone have good/bad things to say regarding these companies? Where else should I consider?
Had anyone here transitioned from a Solution Engineering role to an Account Executive role? Interested to hear what your experience was like. My main concern is that in a sales role (other than the need to be an extrovert), the income can be quite variable so for those who have transitioned was it worth it?
Looking for a District Manager in Sales, I’ve been working for T-Mobile for quite sometime. The career path is always changing pushing the district manager position farther and farther away even though I have the skill set and have held down my district multiple times. Anyone looking for new talent to add on to their company roster!?
Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I did that for almost 2 years before making the switch. I miss sales, though. Does anyone have any connections to companies looking? I have also considered a sales analyst role considering that I am moderately versed in Salesforce and have worked both the customer facing and sales generating side. TIA!
I am fairly new to sales (3 years), and I just closed a deal that will pay out twice what I made all of last year ($75k vs $150k). My question is: nobody here can talk to their friends or family about this kind of stuff, right? Do you all disclose to people that you are pulling in $250-$300k in a year? I'm only 25 so I don't want my friends to make me buy all their drinks 😅
Anybody want to share their experience as an AE for ADP or any HRIS and small business sector? Looking to transition into tech/SaaS sales. What can I expect day to day to look like from not having quote on quote “tech” sales? And what are my comp structures going to look like? Located in Seattle
