First time I was pissed off on my onshore client. I communicated way before the booking started but only gave his tasks about four hours before the booking ends. I was relieved I blatantly emailed him that I received this on a friday afternoon (another way of saying its really late tho)

True story here: I was a first year AC (or analyst to be comparable to other firms). It was the end of the year, a few weeks before my final review. I was in a meeting room with my supervisor (a senior consultant), the partner, a C-Level client and three of her managers. I was about to present her the results of the project. Then I plugged my computer to the projector and my wallpaper was on the big screen - a photo I took at the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland. In the 0.5 second between my wallpaper shows up and I press F5 to start the presentation, the partner said: "look at that picture! If you can't make it to consulting, you should try to be a photographer". A great way to kick off the meeting lol.

Left Deloitte for greener pastures about 3 years ago. When I joined another company after my departure, the partner from the project which fed into my decision me to leave D was stalking my LinkedIn profile. Now that I’m at McK he is still stalking my LinkedIn profile. Again, this person’s behavior played a significant role in my decision to depart D. Should I reach out to him in a friendly way to probe/see what he wants? is his behavior strange? He didn’t seem to care about me when I was @ D.

Indecisive about relocating to Bangalore and applying for a relocation to Kolkata instead. I just got RFE for my H1B extension yesterday and my current visa expires in July. I have 3 months to work under current visa and after that, it is uncertain depending on the decision from USCIS. When should I start communicating the visa issue with my project team? Now, 1-2 month after, or after I get decision? Should I prepare contingency plans (plan B, C etc) now or wait until I get more clarity on wht the RFE is about? (Dont have detailed RFE letter yet, only found out through case tracker)
