Hi,
I have attended an interview, and am shortlisted. I have told the HR that I could join in 15-20 days. He now asked for the mail confirmation to get approval from the management. I have sent him mail confirmation also.
What if I can't get relive in 20 days(notice 3 months) ? How should i make HR hold the offer?Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Infosys Mindtree Tech Mahindra Techmojo solutions

Quality ski gear is $$$
I would also add that since lodges are closed, bring a pair of gloves and a hat/ear band for your breaks! I always ski with a pair of thin mitten liners and a hat to cover my helmet hair, but this year they’ve been even more helpful.
I also would make sure you have some way to keep your nose/mouth covered and your head warm - some configuration of buffs, neck warmers, hats, helmets, etc.
North face is decent and not expensive. Would recommend getting either colorful jacket or pants so you’re easy to spot.
Agree with the colorful! That’s what most people do, including avid skiers
I bought high quality stuff from folks on Craigslist! A lot of people invest $$$ and then go skiing once and realize they’re not that into it
Last time I went I just wore my Patagonia puffer with a thermal layer underneath and got a pair of ski pants off Amazon for like $29. It was all black and I got a pair of cute ski goggles and the whole look was actually pretty cute for like no $$ lol
Back when I was skiing more I had a nice arcteryx jacket.
Have a look at Bogner Fire & Ice also. Chic skiing gear at decent prices - I‘ve been wearing and loving the brand for years.
Black pants for sure, forgiving all around and then a cute or colorful jacket. If you’re willing to spend on the pants then North Face Apex STH pants are cut nice and tailored—look stylish, feminine and not like baggy ski pants. Price is reasonable for a quality product that makes you look 🔥.
Also, Obermeyer has jackets that are reasonably priced for ski gear and cute.
Ohhh this is smart. I really don’t want to spend $$$ since it’s my first time and Idk if I’ll be into it
Tip: if you can, look at the children's section, as I got a really nice and warm jacket for less than half the price of an adult jacket. I was still swimming in it! (I'm usually a size XS)
COSTCO - neutrals, good quality, my stuff has lasted 10+ years and it’s still pretty cute
