Here’s my list. Remember you can pretty much buy anything you forget.

Keep these in your laptop bag always:
Energy/granola bar
Gum
Battery to charge phone
Charging cable for phone
Charging cord for laptop
Privacy Screen (if it’s not always on your laptop)
Headset
Ear buds
Tablet
Tide pen
Chapstick
Health stuff - Tissues (get the ones that come in a travel size), allergy pills, Sudafed, Advil, DayQuil/NyQuil, cough drops (keep all the pills in a bag so they don’t scatter and make a mess)
Umbrella
Sunglasses (if you will be driving a rental)

Day of in bag:
Pen
Notebook
Laptop

Keep these in your caryon bag:
Shoe horn
Dop kit: Shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, Shaving cream, toothpaste, mouthwash. Razor, comb. Keep anything that’s liquid in a ziploc bag - not for the TSA, but to help contain any potential mess from partially closed lids. Top off whatever is needed on Thursday night when you get home, and then it goes straight back in your bag.

Wall plug for USB charging - hotel ones by the bed may not always work.

Pack the night before:
Shirts 3x
Pants 2x
Belt if you are swapping between brown/charcoal pants
Undershirts, underwear, socks 4x
Second set of shoes
PJs, Loungewear 1x

Set out and don’t pack whatever clothing your going to wear on your AM flight the night before

Basic otcs — ibuprofen, anti-histamine, etc.

like

Shout wipes for stains, shoe horn, Clorox wipes travel packs, one more dress shirt than you think you need, comfortable loungewear for your hotel room after the day is over, Advil/Tylenol, antihistamine/hydrocortisone, nail clipper. Trying to think of all the situations I’ve been in the last 8 years or so of biz travel. Probably more that I am forgetting, but these are a good start.

like

+1 on hotel lounge wear, make sure to bring a comfy hoodie. I sometimes skimp on this because it takes up so much suitcase space. And those are always my saddest business trips.

Underwear is always good

Came here to say this. But it’s probably a good idea to pack an extra pair given flight delays this summer. And in case, well, other stuff goes south

Condoms and backwoods

Gum. Travel sized toiletries. Extra underwear in case you poop yourself

Always packed 2 extra pairs. conscious decision.

HCG vs. Lupron trigger - based on your experience, have you found a difference in egg quality? I did a cycle with dual and one with just Lupron. Recovery was much easier on just Lupron but egg quality was poor (vacuoles, grainy, thicker membranes etc). For the next cycle, doc is suggesting going back to dual trigger. I have been on the antagonist protocol. Wondering if we should try a different protocol vs. switching the trigger. Thoughts?
