Flexibility and predictability. You are flexible to change your personal plans and you know it's going to happen, so it's also predictable.

Seriously—F&P is top-down. If one of your leaders isn't taking it seriously, escalate it. It'll get taken care of. The firm values it.

Agreed about FnP taking roots. Been with the firm for 3.5 years and I def see a change in the past 1 year

It is evident to me that Deloitte does not understand what work/life balance means. It has nothing to do with travel-it has to do with attitudes of PMs and respect for employees. Mandatory PRD doesn't help.

What is a good base/bonus ratio? A recruiter is telling me the last person she placed was at a $50k bonus but she is asking me what base I’m looking for without any guidance on what they are willing to do for this role. This is a Chief of Staff position at a large private wealth advisory office. I don’t want to undersell myself so I’m trying to back into the numbers.

Any idea or experience how they will test these topics? Asking about related experience? Or show some data and ask how you will deal with that? Or like a case study, given a senario and ask how you think in order to tackle problem? Need advice/idea/experience urgently. Thanks in advance.Amazon @BIE
