Generally how much is the first year associate salary?

What do partners make in mid law / boutique firms compared to big law? Is it even comparable? Firm I’m curious about has about 100 lawyers and is well regarded within its specific practice area.

CD salary with 7 years as CD (13ish years total in the biz) at a large agency moving to another large agency? In New York.

I do mass/class cases and hold a couple leadership positions (these were competitive to get). What should salary be and when should I make partner. I’ll add I work remote and pretty autonomously. Little contact with partners or anyone at my firm.

My interest is in Frontend, but I have heard salary wise frontend sde in good product based company are paid less than backend. Is it true?
