There are many ways to find freedom from addiction; this is the path that has worked for me and countless others.
I couldn’t imagine a life without my addiction (alcohol), and I also couldn’t image life continuing to live in my addiction. 3.5+ years of sobriety later, I can confirm that the former is much preferable to the latter. I couldn’t do it alone, and I’m glad I don’t have to.
I have had my medicals done for Australia Visa. Also, verified the medicals have been submitted to the department. Can someone please advise how much time will it take to finalise the visa after medicals submission?

It’s a fair question to clarify. “How is this broken into base and equity”.
Means that if you leave prior to each checkpoint, you only keep the equity accrued to that point.
If TC is $600k, that means $600k a year.
Thanks agreed, I’m kicking myself for not asking. But what’s confusing is that the vesting % is different every year so don’t understand how it will be 600k annually unless it’s expected they’re just ballparking it

It’s also possible that $600k is assuming 100% vested.
For example, you get 200 base + bonus.
400k equity per year vested over 4 years (25% each year)
So year 1 comp would be 300k
Year 2 - 400k
Y3 - 500k
Y4+ - 600k each year.
Less comp in year 1-2 could be adjusted by a huge signing bonus.
Is “refresher stock” over and above what was committed in the beginning?

TC is usually annual. What sort of role?
For an example, If it is just base and equity, and equity is 100k over 4 years, comp would be: year 1 575 base 25 equity. Year 2 565 base 35 equity. Year 3 575 base 25 equity. Year 4 585base 15 bonus. Expect stock would be a higher portion of your total comp than this example but 100k is simple example

Would clarify how they are defining total comp. between base, bonus and equity. Total estimated comp should increase every year so would ask them to break it out over the next 4 yrs into those buckets.
