I have 9yoe and I interviewed for Associate Principal and the interviews all went well. But after last round I was offered Senior Staff based on which the salary bracket also decreased by 2L. I also noticed the same with 2 other friends. They interviewed for higher position and were offered 1 lower. Is it a tact that they pull on candidates? And is Sr. Staff good enough for my yoe?
