I feel bad that I am missing so much time with my kids, how does everyone else deal with these emotions? Any tips on how I can make up the missed experiences with my children?

Hi everyone. A friend knows that I do Staffing recruiting and this agency is in charge of providing medical benefits, PTO, and Holiday pay. I run the branch, I'm responsible for coaching, maintaining attendance, and dealing with verbal and written warnings, and termination. We use TempWorks to track everything from interviews, onboarding, E-Verify, background and drug screening, and payroll as well. I document everything. Ok, so my question is do I need any HR specific certifications?

How is the job market for all of the MBBs when it comes to experienced analyst-equivalent hires? I recently got referrals in for all three but wondering if I should I spend time over the holidays on case and behavioral prep even though I don’t have an interview yet. I’m a bit burned out so would love to spend the holiday time to recharge but will certainly put prep first if I need to do so. Any insight would be so tremendously appreciated!

I really need leave for two weeks. My project does not have long leave policy but it has strict target policy. The last best leave I took was for 4 days only. I really need a long leave so I can have a vacation atleast once. it's been 3 years I worked in my current project. Never taken a long leave. Plz suggest me good ideas. Are there any other Project Managers who have ADHD ? What type of PM work do you do? Outside of it just not being what I want for a career path if I advance / I don’t find it rewarding anymore, I have greatly struggled as I’ve moved up and now with the simplest things. I accepted an offer recently and just got the email about tech equipment. It seems like a generic email: Laptop: Mac or PC, Monitor: Y or N, Mouse: Y or N, etc.
The thing is, I’m pretty picky about equipment and don’t want just any random monitor, mouse, etc. sent to me because it’ll impact my ability to do my job well. Is it rude to include links to the specific items I’d prefer? How do I phrase it so I don’t sound like an ass? I know I may not get everything, but don’t think it hurts to ask
