Are there any MBB current hires (who went from B4) willing to hop on a 20mins call to discuss their experience and WLB ?

Doing some really impactful and highly strategic work atm and trying to see if MBB will be a better fit for me in the long term.

Minimum raise to switch firms or ask for a countet? Assuming comparable teir (e.g. MBB to MBB, big four to big four) and comparable practice. Ive heard 15-20% is the standard.

In case H1B gets denied (I hope that doesn’t happen), what countries have you considered moving to besides Canada. Indian national and pending transfer to MBB if that helps.

What do I wear on my first day at an MBB for men (in office)? My schedule looks like it’ll be mostly onboarding sessions so I was hoping I could get away with just a dress shirt and some slacks, but not sure if I should bring a jacket just in case. I attended technical round interview for SAP ABAP in CTS on last Saturday. Interview gone well. 1) When can expect MR and HR round? 2) shall I drop mail to HR for follow-up asking status or should I wait? 3) what is the equivalent designation in CTS for 12years of experience? @Cognizant

6 interviews. SIX. And they could not understand my role through all the situations they asked me to tell them.
I could have lied, of course. But for what?
Sometimes I think it’s just better like that. There is a reason for everything, and for rejections too. I do only feel sorry for all the time lost to actually prepare and do 6 interviews.
These kind of processes are really draining.

Rolling off my current project in 1M. Had two projects I interviewed for, but the one I wanted (Project A; more cutting edge work) did not get back to me in time so I had to accept a position with Project B (which is a great team but not a challenging role / not where I want to grow my career) in order to not hit the bench.
