In the meantime, I'm looking for board member positions. I'm open to most industries but particularly enjoy med, pharma, and tech. But, I'm having a lot of trouble finding something. Any advice?

I have a MHA, MBA, and BSHA. I’m wanting to get into a supervisor or manger role but I don’t have the experience. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I dive in and start getting the experience I need? I live in Washington and work in Oregon. I am struggling to find a job in UX, I received my Master's in UX Design from Kent State University last year with a 4.0 GPA but that doesn't seem to matter. I have applied to hundreds of posts with barely any replies back. My education has taught me a lot however I feel I need the work experience to be taken seriously. I have applied to many junior and intern positions with no luck. How do I break in to the UX field with an education but no job experience?

So which is right? I got an job offer at a public company today that comes with stock options. They said the value would be $5000 but when reading the offer letter they gave a specific number of shares. Now those shares multiplied by the current stock price is about $10,000.
