I have 4+ years of total experience, started my career in TCS. I have got 700% hike when compared to my salary as a fresher in 2 switches. However I have got only 3/5 rating in all of the 4 appraisal cycles.Sometimes I feel bad about for not getting my work recognised even after putting lot of efforts or due to office politics.But I know there is always a chance to switch company and my goal is to have my own business instead. Should I work for my learning or work more to get rating ?

Job sharing in professional services is becoming more common. Would it make sense to offer job sharing at the partner level? Benefits a) employee retention (including women 30+ that often choose family over Partner track), b) more available Partner spots which increases retention, c) work life balance, d) 2 vs 1 partner tapping into their network to sell, e) 50% comp but ideally 6 months off. Can anyone tell me who is to transfer the PF when someone is switching from PwC India?

At first the PwC India finance team told me that it needs to be approved by RPFC(Government).

Then when I said that in EPFO portal, it shows- 'Pending at previous employer', then they said fine we will approve it & they approved.
