But just this week, a couple of partners shoed me in to lead a couple engagements for our tier 1 clients.
My exit can definitely hurt their teams but if I preempt informing my decision to leave i know that they’ll kick me out immediately.
Options
1. Give them a heads up and hope there’s enough trust so that I get paid out
2. Keep business as usual and nod along
