If u apply for a role at an MBB that is focused on automotive, are u stuck in that for a bit?? Or do u get to move around?

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Communication is just summarized into to do lists by email, ask to get it done and provide updates. But I have so many questions when I go through tasks, as I’m still learning how to do my job… ?! Y'all - I am a 2021 grad in a non market amlaw100. I did not hit my 2021 billable target, but first years get a grace period until 3rd year to start hitting it. I also billed 200+ DEI hours and 200+ pro bono. My mentor helped me write a memo advocating for myself to get a discretionary bonus for the DEI and pro bono work AND today I found out that it worked!!
