Hi guys, I am currently working in TCS but in vendor payroll with 4.5 LPA, they are doing a conversion to TCS payroll after working for a year. How much should I expect? I am working as an Automation Test Lead from 2 yrs. Before that was working as a mainframe dev and total of 9+ YOE. My daily tasks are very mundane and thereby, I am planning to transition to Data science. I looked at various online courses like upgrad, scaler and they are very expensive. Since, I am new to the field, I am assuming it would be difficult to transition without guidance. How is the blackbelt plus program by analytics vidhya? All suggestions welcome on how to transition.

Little background:

Asked for promotion in late 2020 - was required to skill up, after skilling up, asked again about when I'll be promoted and was denied because there is no "vacancy" for it.
Got my annual hike in Oct 2021 without the promotion. I asked HR last week again and got a random announcement email saying my promotion is w.e.f Oct 2021. ( and no raise for the newly promoted role).

Hey Guys, My Joining is in first week of November and my HR yesterday dropped me a mail that I can buy any laptop one month prior to joining as $1100 would be reimbursed, and I called her and asked her can I buy as of today from the ongoing sales and she told that yeah that’s OK you can go ahead.
