Hey everyone! I applied for a team lead position but was offered an opportunity to apply for a supervisor position role, instead! The problem is the salary that their offering is $45K-$54K based on experience. My previous salary as a Sup was $65K + remote. I'd like to negotiate the salary that their offering!
