My boyfriend and I had an altercation last year that ended with police coming and him facing domestic violence charges. Note that a lot of alcohol was involved in this incident as well as over the prior months. Past the I took a LOA to get my drinking under control and in therapy, realized I was just as much to blame even i didn’t face the legal repercussions. Current M2 expecting offers from EYP (Dir.) and KPMG (M) for +25% base over current; how best to initiate conversation for D to counter, and with whom? What are the chances that D will match and by how much?

Just let go from a 40 hour per week consulting position where I learned they were paying other consultants 3-4x more per hour. They still really like my work, trust me, and want to work with me on an as-needed basis. I want to charge them an hourly rate similar to all the other consultants. Thoughts? Is this a reasonable course of action? And if so, how would I go about this to get the compensation I want?

Does anybody know a total comp range or base salary for a Senior Consultant within Deloitte Growth Strategy (US Tech Strategy). It appears to be an internal role compared to that of client facing, so understand it will be a lower threshold. 7 YOE with non target MBA.

Are all annual incentive bonuses prorated based on when you started? For ex, if you started in the middle of the year and are receiving your annual bonus based on base salary, should I expect it to be cut in half due to starting in middle and not on Jan 1? One company i worked for did this; not sure if it is the same for all.
