Took on more responsibilities than originally described (which is great, I’m learning and growing) and I’ve been an essential contributor to improving our department and processes and exceed expectations. Do I need to list out everything? My boss already knows what I bring to the table. I don’t want to be ungrateful for the job I have, I just could potentially be making more.

Is a CTC of around 34 LPA good enough for a AVP in Business Analytics with 8 years of work exp? Is it at par with what HSBC pays at this level? GCB 5?

With Mastercard, I am getting Level 6, Lead Software Engineer at 41.5 LPA(including variable), but I have to relocate from Noida to Gurgaon. With EXL Service ( EXL Health), I am getting D1, Assistant Vive President at 43 LPA, but the location is Noida.
