Getting pulled into meetings on different projects as functional lead or backup to functional lead. What is the best way to organize, to keep meeting notes, key tidbits, track of latest updates and status? One note or something else? Also, any tips or books to read to help manage such a pace and diversity of projects. Not looking to be a PM. Role is more around managing FTE and contractors across different groups without actually having them reporting to you. TIA

For everyone asking how much hike can we expect at this rating(vc/hc/ec), please understand the below points:
1. Rating is only applicable on variable pay
2. Hike % is independent of the rating
3. Hike depends on a lot of factors like your current salary, how is it comparable to the market or the level you are in, do you have a progression/promotion, etc

As a fresher (staff) joined in dec 2021 in tech consulting
With package of 4.27LPA😣
Got differentiating rating as lead category (after working soo hard and even at weekends)

How much bonus can I expect as I have very less ctc
And how much hike can I expect.
