I have got 10 years of experience in project management with solid records and I had to leave my last employer after just 8 months due to a restructuring. Now I have landed a cool job in an investment bank on the business side however my manager is the typical boomer micromanaging everything and everyone with strong requirements to go to the office everyday (absolutely not needed) I feel like I will be suffucating soon. He told that my resume will be forwarded to hiring manager.i was told If I gets shortlisted , I would receive a link to fill candidature by evening. Still no response.
