I want to relocate to the UK from India, how difficult is it to move to a big 4 and move countries considering I've been in the industry (controller) for the past 3 years? I do have 4 years of Deloitte audit experience before this. Would it be better to join one in India and then try to move a few years later ?

Looking to get some insights in PwC's bonus policies. I have an offer from PwC in their Salesforce practice and the bonus offered is a range of 27% to 35%. But they have not included that bonus % in the offer letter. For those who have worked at PwC, is this a norm? Have you seen them follow through the Bonus payout? Thinking about enrolling into a JD program , I’m 26, CPA, in a lcol area, at at small firm. What is to be expected at a school level and bar level?

One of my clients has an international tax issue and wants a very “simple” or simplified answer to their question… they want to know if they can “avoid US tax by keeping their income from foreign companies overseas.” Essentially they want the money out of the EU with the least US tax possible or no tax…. I though the US taxed income worldwide, no matter where you are /where it’s derived from…. After we tell them that, they’re asking if the foreign entity should be a CFC or a DRE. Thoughts? TY!!
