Probably not the right bowl. I have $240k in my savings account, recently became a father of 3 and my wife left her job so now one income. I make $215k base. Monthly expenses prob around $6.5k including my mortgage. Home equity somewhere around $200k. I've never been good at investing (always losing money in the market). People say it’s critical to showcase your thinking to land a planning role, but for people changing focuses (moving from social to brand, seeking your first planning role, etc.) this often wouldn’t show in your actual work. Would supplementing real work with hypothetical briefs that doesn’t have outcomes or creative be frowned upon?

Sometimes I feel like my teams don’t know when to pull in strategy to meetings. There will be days that I’m booked morning to evening and I really didn’t need to be on half the calls, and others where I’m not even invited when, in reality, my attendance should’ve been mandatory. Is anybody else struggling with this? I’ve communicated this to my teams but they don’t seem to understand what I mean.
