Counter offer - 18LPA (in one of the product base company). Recently I have attended an interview with PWC India and got selected. Probably in next week I will have salary discussion. Expected position is "Senior consultant". Could someone please share your suggestion what could be the maximum LPA I can negotiate and expected? TIA.

Just got an offer from B4 Finance Transformation manager - is £165k good? Would I be able to increase my income over the years or is the pay capped after a certain point? Is Finance Transformation interesting? Is there a lot of growth in this field? I’m currently a M with CPA background, and prefer more commercial/ strategy work, so not sure if this is the right thing for me…

M1 in specialty tax group as of 10/1 and just got a second (& final) offer for a fully remote industry tax job where the base salary is $19k lower than my KPMG salary after taking into consideration the mid-year raise but still 6 figures. Industry offering a hefty signing bonus and is supposed to have more WLB. Also cheaper health insurance premiums and 27 paid days off. What would you do?
