I studied film in college but that was years ago. I’m an avid adventure seeker and can’t shake the thought of working as an adventure filmmaker, but I can’t see a way in without the right connections. How does someone get started in the industry?

How does referral work at MBB? Someone agreed to refer me, sent him my resume and couple days later he asked to submit my application as normal. I did not receive any email inviting me to apply or notifying me of the referral. Is that normal?

Received electronic receipt on H1 transfer. Lawyer says it’s fine to put in 2 weeks with current employer! What do you guys suggest? Wait for the physical I-797? How long does it take for that to come in after the e-receipt?

Strategy 🐠, do you always share creative briefs with your clients? I get the rationale but it makes it hard to write an interesting brief.
