Five interviews in, all pumped with enthusiasm and received well, then ghosted by the recruiter. It’s been over a week, two friendly follow up emails, and no responses. This along with two other opportunities where the screening recruiter met with me, went great, and they won’t respond either. Can anyone help me not loose my mind at this point?!

Couple of days back I gave an Interview for AT&T. Interview went pretty well. It was for the ELK stack profile cum Data Analytics. Wanted to know how much should I ask if I get selected.

Below are the details:

Total Experience: 11.3 yrs
Curretnt CTC: 21 LPA
Tech Stack: Python, API, SQL, Elastic Search, Kibana, Power BI, Excel Macros, Data Analytics

Left as an associate (post-PhD) after JEMing. Is it with applying BCG, Bain? Left in good standing. Many of my sponsors left the firm. What do signing packages look like?

When going to interviews, I always struggle to ask questions. All of the questions I can think of feel super generic. Any advice/examples of questions that you've used that have been well received?

Starting a new job and figuring out WFH desk set up. They gave me a laptop and $500 stipend for office furniture. I have a desk, chair, and iMac for myself. Trying to decide if I should get a second monitor on an arm for work, or if I should buy a new laptop for myself and a monitor I can plug each computer into at the start/end of work. I def want a big screen for personal use but it's tough to fit it all on one desk. What did you all do?
