At what age do you stop taking a bath with your child? My 3 year old & I were in the bath together and suddenly he reached out to my chest and said “mumma, your lungs are outside, mine are inside my body” I was so embarrassed! I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance. I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members. Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?
