The litigation paralegal has created a ton of friction because I was tasked with checking her work. Her unprofessional response and continued insubordination is so discouraging. If I was a man I would just be doing business. However, I feel her comfort in creating friction with me may be for that reason? I am not sure? Thoughts?!?

I have been trying to get into the HRBP role for the last year or two. I have been in Recruiting for the last 10 years in various roles. I am SHRM-CP certified and have my MS in HRD, with a minor/certificate in HR Business Partnership. Does anyone know of any companies hiring for an HRBP? I’ll consider a Jr level one for the right salary. Looking for remote positions in US.

Why don’t people say where they’re going to in their farewell email and LinkedIn posts? Have always felt cryptic and odd to me as that’s naturally everyone’s first question when finding out someone is leaving: “where are they off to?” I’d rather control the narrative and share upfront then leave people hanging for the LinkedIn announcement. Is it a respect thing for the current company? Thoughts?
